The project required minor modification to a existing property to suit disabled users.
The work involves (but not limited to) construction of the new 2 bedroom in the existing garage, ramp for disabled, new carport and modification to existing bathroom.
Mandatory Pre-Tender site meeting will be held on 12/04/2007 at 83 Sellwood Lane, Springside Orange.
Only those companies that attend the meeting will be eligible to submit a tender.
NON attendance will make responses invalid from non-attending companies.
Meeting duration (including the site inspection) will be approximately 1 hour.
