Tender Details
The works comprise of the following:
Decommission and removal of the existing, redundant mechanical services equipment such as refrigerant plant, oil fired heating water plant and all associated items including the on-ground diesel storage tank.
Provision of variable refrigerant flow (VRF) system.
Provision of the new ductwork and modification to the existing ductwork.
Complete electrical and control system including a new mechanical services switchboard and a new submain form the existing electrical distribution board.
Testing and commissioning.
Full checking and recommissioning of the system prior to the end of the defects liability period.
12 months comprehensive maintenance during defects liability period and breakdown maintenance of existing mechanical services during construction period.
24 months programmed preventive maintenance and breakdown maintenance after the defects liability period.
Optional 12 months plus 12 months programmed preventive maintenance and breakdown maintenance 24 months after the defects liability period.
