The work under the contract includes the following The contract works are contained to the areas identified within in the contract documents. (See Table of Contents page for full listing of contract documents). The Furniture Legend on drawing AD 01 001 identifies Furniture & Equipment items which are required for this contract. The Furniture & Equipment items listed are all contractor supply and installation responsibilities. The successful contractor will be responsible to place orders and take delivery of the schedule Furniture & Equipment items and arrange for installation and placement prior to contract completion, all packaging etc is to be removed from site. Colour selections have been recently approved by Padstow TAFE College Manager, the original colour board is on site, the approved colour board will be made available to the successful contractor once site works start. Site toilet facilities will be made available to the successful contractor. Temporary power will also be made available to the successful contractor.
