A natural gas mains extension from the existing Authorities gas main.

A gas service from the gas mains extension to the proposed Prison site.

A dedicated fire service supplied from the incoming water supply.

Divert the existing incoming water supply pipe around the proposed Prison development site.

A potable water service supplied from the incoming water supply.

A sewer pumping station.

An extension of the existing sewer drainage pipe work.

Electrical On-site works
Provide and install:

Underground HV cabling and ducting.

Modifications to existing services

Electrical Off-site works
Provide and install

Upgrade the existing overhead aerial mains
