NOTE - This is Selective tender.
Demolition of the existing canteen facilities to the extent indicated on the demolition drawing. The removal of the existing canteen area floor tiles also includes the bedding morta to expose the structural floor slab.
Refurbishment of the existing canteen facilities to the extent shown on the contract drawings.
Supply and installation of a replacement kitchen exhaust hood, fully compliant to AS1668.2.
The existing canteen area is expected to be made available for construction purposes as from 5th November 2007. TAFE are expected to operate a temporary canteen facility from the lower ground floor area of Block C until contract completion is achieved.
