Demolish and remove existing stairs to canteen, timber louvres to veranda of Block A, existing seating located on Eastern face of Block A and sufficient concrete and asphalt required to construct new brick and concrete ramp stairs and landings.
Railings to comprise of DET standard dual rail and balustrade system with 40mm NB dual rails set at 900mm and 700mm above finished ramp, stairs and landing levels and continuing for a minimum 300mm at top and bottom landings and continuous through centre landing.
