The works shall comprise the provision of all materials, labour, transport, tools, plant, applications, payment of fees and everything else necessary for the construction, installation, testing, commissioning, twelve (12) months maintenance and defects liability of the works as detailed in this specification, together with all minor and incidental work not specificallyThe works of the Contract have been outlined in the architectural drawings and schedules of colour, finishes and fittings, and include but are not necessarily limited to the following:
Installation of new general and disabled toilet/shower fitout, including floor and wall tiling, fittings and painted finishes.
Installation of new tearoom fit out, including benches, cupboards, fittings, chilled and boiling water system.
Retention of all fire detection and warning systems and mechanical ventilation installed into the existing ceilings.
Painting of the internal common foyer and corridor areas.
