The completion of the Design, Documentation and Construction of:
A new Communal Hall & C.O.L.A. at Banora Point Public School, Associated demolition, site works and landscaping. The work is to seamlessly join up with the existing school and services.

Note that the relocation of existing Demountable buildings by others and, their service connections and access paths will occur prior to the commencement of Milestone 1.

All buildings are to be documented and constructed in accordance with the Building Code of Australia and the School Facilities Standards documents.
