Form up and pour a new F72 reinforced, concrete landing and step to extent shown on Drawing A-01. Step to be the same width and riser height as existing Block J steps. Concrete to be minimum 120mm thick at any given position. Provide control joints at change of direction and in position where cut edge of concrete below falls. ERSKINE PARK PS
Set out, cut out and remove sufficient concrete pathway to form new ramp, 2.000m wide with landing at existing veranda as per detail attached and with ramped approach with 1:14 max gradient and to finish flush with existing concrete pathway. FAULCONBRIDGE PS
Supply all labour, material and contractors required to carry out the alterations to the existing wash room at the southern end of Block Z (toilet block) to form a new access toilet/shower facility with new mass concrete 1:14 maximum gradient access ramp, dual hand rails and 1000 high balustrade.
