Customer Service / Department of Commerce, Heritage and Building Services, After Hours Contact Centre Operations. - 0701379 EOI

NOTE - This is an Expression of Interest.

Expressions of interest are being sought from suitably qualified companies to provide contact centre services.

The services would be required from 4pm to 8am Monday to Friday.
4pm Friday to 8am Monday (Weekends)
4pm the last day prior to a public holiday to 8am the day after the public holiday.
The period between Christmas & New Year 11am Christmas Eve to 8am the next working day after New year.
Coverage for team meetings : the Last Thursday of each month from 12.30pm to 3.00pm (12 per year) plus an additional allowance of 48hrs for unforseen circumstances.

During this time, the contact centre manages approximately 1500 inbound calls & 6000 outbound per annum.

The contact centre caters for provision of service to schools & other Government clients, on an emergency response basis.
