Milestone 3 of the contract is the complete strip out of the Block J Boys/Girls (Primary) toilets which are excessive to the number of sanitary fixtures required for the school and will be used as store rooms at the completion of the strip-out.

Milestone 2 of the contract is the Block K Boys and Girls (Primary) toilets are to be refurbished concurrently with Milestone 1 and includes new floor tiles, sanitary fixtures, CFC cubicle partitions, painting, provisions of a new storeroom and other miscellaneous work.
Tenders are invited from those companies pre registered in Sydney Basin for Building Works between the amounts of $100,001 and $250,000
