The objective of the project is that a program is to be undertaken for the delivery of consistent messages about the role of General Practitioners (in the workers compensation area). It is proposed to adopt a number of strategies to facilitate effective communication with General Practitioners. The proposed multi-modal approach is based on stakeholder feedback that General Practice is a diverse population which responds to different communication strategies dependent on a number of variables including age, experience and familiarity with the workers compensation system, geographic location and familiarity with on-line communication.
The term of the contract is Three (3) years from the date of commencement with the option for WorkCover in its sole discretion to extend for a further two (2), twelve (12) month periods.
