The aim is to save energy by operating the car park exhaust fans at reduced speed when possible, by providing a new control system based on sensing the carbon monoxide levels in various parts of the car park.
The control system shall be as follows.
Provide sensors to measure the carbon monoxide levels in various parts of the car park.
Install variable speed drives to the supply and exhaust fans serving the car park. The variable speed drives will be supplied by Parliament House.
Provide a control system, integrated with the existing building management and control system (BMCS) to monitor the carbon monoxide levels and control the car park fans.
All associated work including electrical work and any additional controls necessary for the correct operation of the system.
Fully commission the system and provide a 12 months warranty to the system after completion

Pre-Qualified / Invited - Only those directly invited to tender, may obtain an RFT for the purpose of lodging a tender response.
Generally an invitation from a pre-qualified register of approved tenderers who have the ability to undertake the particular work or type of work proposed, a limited number of service providers are known to carry out the work or service (or in emergency or other restricted situations). Lodging a Response
