Tender Details

The purpose of this tender is the procurement of licenses for the escalation platform – PagerDuty for the Principal. PagerDuty is required by Revenue NSW and Service NSW and has been in use since 2021 and 2022 respectively as an operations performance solution. The solution PagerDuty gives users access to such as on-call scheduling, alert monitoring, and escalation policies. It also features incident monitoring, which allows them to resolve troubles in their servers, applications, and websites. It has native integration support for over 300 third-party applications, which gives businesses additional benefits such as end-to-end.
