There is an existing arrangement that supports DCS in phone system infrastructure. The infrastructure includes:
• Call queue management through Session Border controller and Cisco Unified Border Element (CUBE)
• Integrated phone system with Microsoft Teams, allowing for full collaboration, conferencing and voice services
• Other ancillary requirements, such as the provision of handsets to contact centres
