Approval is sought to extend the engagement with Salesforce Australia Pty Ltd for the provision of a Salesforce Program Architect for Program Phoenix, for an additional 9 months (original engagement approval BN-00280-2022 and extension engagement BN- 02724-2022). PRN CSD/13633 Program Phoenix - Phase 2 Contract Cleaning Industry Scheme and Building & Construction Industry Scheme have been re-baselined with a revised go live date of May 2023. There is a skill shortage in the market and the Salesforce Program Architect's skill set is essential to the program since it requires extensive and complex delivery requirements.
