NOTE - This is Selective tender.
Scope of the works comprises of Hall upgrade works to existing drainage, supply & lay new paving, supply & construct new masonry seating, disconnect & reconnect existing bollard lights, supply and install new shade structure with new sail all as per attached drawing. In addition to these works the contractor is to make allowance to engage all engineers required for all certification of the proposed works.
Tenders are invited from those companies pre registered in Sydney Basin for Building Works between the amounts of $100,001 and $250,000
