ServiceFirst is seeking an SAP implementation partner to deliver:

• effective client and Business Services transition to the ServiceFirst Client ERP through the due diligence, migration and post migration phases
• introduction of Business Reporting functionality from opportunity assessment to post migration
• implementation of procure to pay reform with a focus on introducing EDI, scanning and OCR technology from discovery to post migration.

Pre-Qualified / Invited - Only those directly invited to tender, may obtain an RFT for the purpose of lodging a tender response. Generally an invitation from a pre-qualified register of approved tenderers who have the ability to undertake the particular work or type of work proposed, a limited number of service providers are known to carry out the work or service (or in emergency or other restricted situations). Tenderers have usually been pre-qualified, accredited, or selected for the type of work and financial range. Competitive bids called from a standing offer (panel / period) contracts would also use this type.

SUBMITTING your RESPONSE - ELECTRONIC LODGEMENT
The invited firms must lodge their tenders as described in the RFT document..

You must be a registered user in order to submit a response.

Tender Security
During the lodgement process all responses submitted are system encrypted for security.
All responses that are received successfully can only be accessed, decrypted and opened after the RFT has officially closed.

RFT Response receipt/confirmation
A detailed system generated electronic receipt is issued to the submitter for each successfully transmitted lodgement via email and as a screen message.
