·    Demolition of partition walls

·    Provision of a wash basin, soap dispenser, paper towel holder adjacent to entry door.

·    Tilled splash back on 2 longer sides and the teacher’s side.

·    New SS bench (longer sides of walls) with double bowl SS commercial kitchen sink units (1 on each side). Commercial kitchen gas stoves (smaller size), open shelving & microwave under bench. Provide range hoods.

·     Leave space for existing grill, commercial deep fryer/gas hot plate/4 burner stove/gas oven and wall mounted salamander against perimeter walls.

·    2 rows of SS benches at the centre (1 row is for 8 students). 1 commercial kitchen gas stove per row at the middle and open shelves and 2 semi-commercial convection ovens (per row) under.  Provide range hoods. SS notes holders at the centre of bench top.

·    Exhausts/ducting to outside.

·    Power points to bench tops.

·    Teacher’s unit – SS bench with a single bowl SS commercial sink and a SS commercial kitchen gas stove (facing students).

·    Leave existing white board in teacher’s unit.

·    New Sheet Vinyl Flooring.

·    New ceiling.

·    Related services upgrade.

·    Paint all walls, doors & ceiling.
