Selective Tenders - An invitation to tender that is made to a limited number of tenderers, from a Pre-qualified Panel. Tenderers are pre-qualified, for an ongoing program of works or services, on a proven record of satisfactory performance in the category for which tenders are sought.

Non-mandatory meeting to be held at 6 locations throughout Sydney including St Leonards (1st location), North Sydney, Eveleigh, Oxford Street Sydney on Thursday 31 March 2011 at 9am.

OBTAINING the RFT.
The Selected Tenderers can download a copy of the RFT from this Web Site.
To download click on the DOWNLOAD A SOFT COPY - free link at the bottom of this page & follow the on screen instructions. 

Selective Tenderers requiring additional hard copies, and Potential Sub Contractors and Suppliers wanting to obtain the RFT may order a hardcopy of this RFT from:

·  This Web Site - To order click on the ORDER CD/HARD COPY link & follow the on screen instructions to receive the RFT in hard copy by post to the address that you are registered with on this site. Payment will be required by credit card.

An exhibited copy of the RFT can be viewed by prior appointment with the contact officer

SUBMITTING your RESPONSE - ELECTRONIC LODGEMENT

When you have completed your response you can lodge it electronically via this Web Site. .
You must be a registered user in order to submit a response.

Electronic Tender Box
During the lodgement process all submitted responses are encrypted for security and stored securely in the “electronic tender box”.
All responses that are received successfully can only be accessed, decrypted, retrieved and opened after the RFT has officially closed by a controlled process.

RFT Response - receipt/confirmation
A detailed system generated electronic receipt is issued to the respondent for all submitted responses files received successfully.
