CCTV Sewer and repair works

Supply CCTV footage of the existing sewer line. Repair any damage prior to the connection of the temporary toilet block as this and the new toilet block will be connected to this line.

Temporary toilet facility

Allowance for builder to  supply temporary toilets for the duration of the project and all costs associated with the Works for this Contract at this site.

Demolition of existing toilet block

Carry out all demolition to the existing toilet block. Ensure that all services are disconnected prior to starting full construction of the above toilet as per scope of works, all in accordance with this specification and design intent.

Construction of a new 14 Core toilet block

Carry out construction of a new 14 Core toilet block as per design intent, Specification and DET Standards.

 

Campbelltown East Public School

Construction of a new 14 Core toilet block

Carry out construction of a new 14 Core toilet block as per design intent, Specification and DET Standards.

Remedial works to disused toilet block C for storage

Cap all existing services to Block C and prepare all painted surfaces ready for 2 coats of paint to the internal and external as per scope of works, all in accordance with this specification and DET Standards.
