The carrying out of the Works consists of the provision of new 14 Core Primary School facilities, site works and services to meet NSW Department of Education and Training standards for such education facilities.
The purpose of the Works is to provide such facilities, site works and services, for the use of personnel at Figtree Public School.

·    Works include the design development, documentation and construction of:
o      New 14 core Library Block and walkway link to existing Block C.
o      Protection of the existing landscaping adjacent to the proposed Works.
o      Associated site works and services.
o      Installation of the security system to the new facilities will require work in the existing school buildings.

Selective Tenders - An invitation to tender that is made to a limited number of tenderers, from a Pre-qualified Panel. Tenderers are pre-qualified, for an ongoing program of works or services, on a proven record of satisfactory performance in the category for which tenders are sought.

* BER Project works are currently being undertaken within the subject site, with anticipated completion of works, prior to commencement of the new Library.
* Tender Period  - Four (4) calendar weeks
*  Exhibited Copy available for inspection by prior arrangement at McKell Building
