Refurbishment including (but not limited to) the replacement of pans, cisterns, seats, cubicle partitions, hardware, urinal troughs, floor/wall tiling, lights and painting including anti graffiti coating applied throughout.

 

External Drinking Facilities to Girls and Boys

Replace existing bubblers with new stainless steel bubbler troughs.

 

Accessible Toilet CR0009 (Existing Incinerator Enclosure)

Construct new accessible toilet facility including (but not limited to) shower recess, shower curtain, toilet, basin, mirror, grab rails, shower seat, hardware, floor/wall tiling, entry door, ceiling, lighting, call assist system and painting throughout.

 

Access Ramp

Construct new concrete ramp to all access to accessible toilet

Provision and submission of work as executed drawings, and operation & maintenance manuals.
