This is the second stage of a two stage tendering process.
It follows on from stage One which was an EOI process (Refer to RFT ID = 0902877 EOI)

Detailed proposals are now invited for the Aboriginal Child and Family Centres to be developed in Blacktown LGA, Campbelltown LGA and Ballina from organisations shortlisted from the previously run EOI process (RFT ID. 0902877 EOI) Integrated Centre Management, Early Learning and Child Care, and Management of the Design and Construction.

Pre-Qualified / Invited - Only those directly invited to tender, may obtain an RFT for the purpose of lodging a tender response. Generally an invitation from a pre-qualified register of approved tenderers who have the ability to undertake the particular work or type of work proposed, a limited number of service providers are known to carry out the work or service (or in emergency or other restricted situations). Tenderers have usually been pre-qualified, accredited, or selected for the type of work and financial range. Competitive bids called from a standing offer (panel / period) contracts would also use this type.

Obtaining the RFT Documents
Click on the DOWNLAOD A SOFT COPY - Free  link at the bottom of the page, use the Access Passcode provided to gain access, then register your firm in the system (if not previously  registered), and follow onscreen instructions to download the RFT document files provided.

Lodging a Response
Your completed tender should be lodged as allowed in the RFT Document, however, it may also be lodged electronically via this web page.

As the tenderer you must be a current Registered user of this web site.
Click on the blue LODGE ON RESPONSE link at the bottom of this page, using the Access Passcode, then using your registered system  Login Username and Password and follow the on-screen instructions to be taken to the lodging screen to submit your electronic tender response.

Electronic Tender Box
During the lodgement process all submitted responses are encrypted for security and stored securely in the “electronic tender box”.
All responses that are received successfully can only be accessed, decrypted, retrieved and opened after the RFT has officially closed.

RFT Response - receipt/confirmation
A detailed system generated electronic receipt is issued for all submitted responses files received successfully.

The tenderer is responsible for the provision and installation of the necessary software.
