The refurbishment of Maritime Rozelle Office ground floor SW portion, include the removal of internal walls and partitions as wells augmentation of the external walls to fit windows.

• Augmentation of the external walls: removing roller doors and create windows
• Internal fit-out: Demolition internal walls and partitions and install ceiling, walls and partitions,
• All new hydraulic, electrical and mechanical services
• Fit-out of the meeting rooms: ceiling walls partitions

A new 2 storey records storage facility will be created in the current storage/warehouse area of the ground floor with internal access.
