Boys Toilet and Ablution Area (BR0002) Girls Toilet and Ablution Area (BR0001)

The upgrade and refurbishment of the existing toilet and ablution facilities to current DET standards, including floor and wall tiling, new VC pans, cisterns and sanitary fixtures, new terrazzo partitions and cubicle doors, painting and other minor miscellaneous works.

 

Associated Works

Rectify the Staff Toilets ceilings and paint throughout these toilets 12m2 in total. (AR0001, AR0002, AR0013)

Repair and clean the veranda ceiling to Block “B” (BR0018).

 

 

 

Tenders are invited from those companies pre registered in Sydney Basin for Building Works between the amounts of $250,001 and $500,000
