NOTE - This is Selective tender.
Full refurbishment of the Block B boys and girls toilets and full refurbishment of Block J boys and girls toilets including removal and replacement of cubicle partitions, new WC pans and cisterns, new taps, new floor and wall tiles, new light fittings, new mirror and painting throughout. The works is to be staged. Provide temporary toilets for duration of both stages.
Tenders are invited from those companies pre registered in Sydney Basin for Building Works between the amounts of $250,001 and $500,000.
