NOTE - This is Selective tender.
The carrying out of all necessary design to complete Design of the works and construction of various works as specified to meet Client requirements with high quality and good workmanship.
Works include the design development, documentation and construction of:
* Alterations and additions to Block A ground floor
* Alterations and additions to Blocks A and B upper floor
* Alterations and additions to Block G Floor
* Proposed roadworks
* Installation of the security system to the new facilities will require work in the existing school buildings.
*All other associated site services required to complete the works.
* All other works as specified in the Technical specification sections and drawings.
Tenders are invited from those companies pre registered in Sydney Basin for Building Works between the amounts of $1,000,001 and $10,000,000.
