The works comprise the design (to the extent specified) and construction (including testing and commissioning) of Maximum Security extensions to the existing Cessnock Correctional Centre.
This is a new 250 bed facility, and The Works include the provision of the following:

· Administration areas
· Staff and Visitor facilities
· Chapel
· Clinic

· Security fences
