Tender Details
The objective of this engagement is to assist ServiceFirst to develop a Client Transition Toolkit and detailed implementation rules to industrialise the process of managing shared services transitions and onboarding of client Departments. It is expected that the successful partner will bring to this engagement established successful methodologies, extensive collateral IP and existing frameworks to accelerate the development of a toolkit for ServiceFirst.
The toolkit will be a detailed step by step guide on the planning and execution of each work stream to support a shared services transition wave and considering the elements of people, process, and technology. The detailed Implementation Rules should incorporate all elements of the transition of clients to ServiceFirst services including the due diligence, audit requirements and business case as the initial feasibility study.

A question and answer session for those invited to respond to the tender will be held on Wednesday 8th December 2010 on Level 4 of the McKell Building from 3 pm

Electronic Tender Box
During the lodgement process all submitted responses are encrypted for security and stored securely in the “electronic tender box”.
All responses that are received successfully can only be accessed, decrypted, retrieved and opened after the RFT has officially closed by a controlled process.
RFT Response - receipt/confirmation
A detailed system generated electronic receipt is issued to the respondent for all submitted responses files received successfully.
