Customer Service / Debt resolution services to Office of State Revenue (OSR) - Expression of Interest - 1102367 EOI

OSR is seeking Expressions of Interest (EOI) from external debt collection agents to provide debt resolution services to OSR.

The key objective of this EOI is to identify a panel of external collection agents to manage and execute the implementation of debt resolution services in collaboration with OSR.

NSW Regions: Central West, Far West, Hunter, Illawarra, Mid North Coast, Murray, Murrumbidgee, Northern, North Western, Richmond Tweed, South Eastern, Sydney
States and Territories: ACT, NT, QLD, SA, TAS, VIC, WA

Expression of Interest For Pre-Qualification - An invitation for Expression of Interest (EOI) for pre-registration of prospective tenderers for a type of work or service. Applicants are initially evaluated against published selection criteria. RFT may then be invited from a panel of providers (as Selective, or Invited).
