New workstations.

Salvage of existing workstations level 21 east.

Salvage of existing re usable carpet tiles level 21.

Salvage of existing low mobile units level 21 east.

Final clean internal blinds to all windows (excluding blinds contained within the existing windows) including, repairs and alterations to suite new partitions.

Carrying out dilapidation surveys and producing photographic reports.

Provisions of Operations and maintenance manuals, Work-as-Executed drawings.

Selective Tenders - An invitation to tender that is made to a limited number of tenderers, from a Pre-qualified Panel. Tenderers are pre-qualified, for an ongoing program of works or services, on a proven record of satisfactory performance in the category for which tenders are sought.

A non-mandatory meeting is to be held at 2-24 Rawson Place Sydney on 7 October 2011 at 10:30am.
