Selective Tenders - An invitation to tender that is made to a limited number of tenderers, from a Pre-qualified Panel. Tenderers are pre-qualified, for an ongoing program of works or services, on a proven record of satisfactory performance in the category for which tenders are sought.

No Pre-tender meeting is planned.

The Selected Tenderers can download a copy of the RFT from this Web Site.

Selective Tenderers requiring additional hard copies, and Potential Sub Contractors and Suppliers wanting to obtain the RFT
An exhibited copy of the RFT can be viewed by prior appointment with the contact officer

SUBMITTING your RESPONSE - ELECTRONIC LODGEMENT

When you have completed your response you can lodge it electronically via this Web Site. .
You must be a registered user in order to submit a response.

Click on the LODGE A RESPONSE link at the bottom of this page and follow the on-screen instructions.

Electronic Tender Box
During the lodgement process all submitted responses are encrypted for security and stored securely in the “electronic tender box”.
All responses that are received successfully can only be accessed, decrypted, retrieved and opened after the RFT has officially closed by a controlled process.

RFT Response - receipt/confirmation
A detailed system generated electronic receipt is issued to the respondent for all submitted responses files received successfully.

·  This web site has been optimised for the Microsoft Internet Explorer and Netscape Navigator web browsers.

The minimum requirements are as follows : IE version 5.5 or later, Netscape Navigator Ver 4.7 or later with Cipher Strength = 128bit.

The tenderer is responsible for the provision and installation of the necessary software.
