Department of Education / NSW SCHOOL STUDENTS GALLIPOLI 2015 TOUR - DECOC-14-36

This deliverable is the provision of a packaged tour of up to approximately 1 week’s duration for 128 participants, including attendance at the Dawn Service at Gallipoli Cove for Anzac Day 2015.

The attendees include approximately 100 students and 28 chaperones from NSW high schools.

The Deliverables under the Contract must be supplied over the term of the contract (likely to be between August 2014 and May 2015), as specified in the Contract.

Objectives

The objectives of the RFP are to achieve the provision of:

(a)        128 attendees at the Dawn Service Commemorations at Gallipoli on Anzac Day 2015;

(b)        Smooth delivery of all aspects of travel arrangements with all 128 attendees safely returned to Australia;

(c)        A quality experience for attendees that can be shared with schools and the broader community on their return;

(d)        Effective management of risks; and

(e)        Compliance with all applicable laws, standards, codes and policies.
