The Belrose WMC has managed the municipal solid waste of the SHOROC Organisation of Councils (Manly, Mosman, Pittwater and Warringah) for almost 50 years. With landfilling due to cease in late 2014, a unique opportunity has emerged to plan for a recreational post closure use ensuring a positive community legacy.

Electronic Tender Box Security
During the lodgement process all submitted responses received successfully are encrypted by the system for security and stored securely in the web site “electronic tender box”.
All responses that are received can only be accessed, un-encrypted and opened after the EOI has officially closed.
This is done though a controlled Tender Opening process managed by the Agency’s Tender Opening Committee.
Response confirmation & receipt
