Government Property NSW (GPNSW) is managing the disposal of 357 Glebe Point Road, Glebe and 35 Regent Street, Chippendale and requires marketing and associated real estate agency services for the sale of the properties.
GPNSW proposes to offer 357 Glebe Point Road, Glebe to the market in September 2014 with a leaseback for a term of 2 years at passing rents on a triple net lease basis.
The property at 35 Regent Street, Chippendale will be offered later in the year on a leaseback or extended settlement basis.

For your agency to be considered under this tender process, you must have transacted at least three (3) properties within the last 12 months which satisfy all of the following criteria:

Sale price of $15,000,000 (excluding GST) or greater, within Sydney Metropolitan area;

Raw development/reconversion or redevelopment site for residential use in Inner Sydney; and

Display a track record of access to local, international and offshore purchasers
