Design Development and Construction of a 5 bed specialist DADHC Group Home to be used as CJP Assessment Centre in Blacktown,Sydney. Works include completing the design, demolition of existing structures and the construction of a new building. The contractor will assume design responsibility for the project and ensure the building is fit for purpose. The contractor is to provide all design and construction certifications prior to practical completion
