This document is issued as an open tender and invites suitably qualified and experienced suppliers for the provision of fraud detection, market scanning and provider management analytics software and services to assist SIRA to identify potential fraud and monitor and identify provider behaviour and relationships across the Motor Accidents, Workers Compensation and Home Building compensation schemes. As the regulator for the Motor Accidents Compulsory Third Party (CTP), Workers Compensation (WC) and Home Building schemes, a software solution that utilises advanced analytics techniques will enable SIRA to improve risk-based regulation and ensure the scheme objectives are achieved.

DCS anticipates to procure services for this RFT under an applicable category in the ICT Services scheme SCM0020 or from experienced suppliers who have undertaken similar projects.

Potential tenderers must have an Australian Business Number (ABN) at the time of tender close and have undertaken/ completed similar services to the ones included in the RFT.
DCS will only award this contract to a supplier on the ICT Services Scheme.
