Tender Details

TAFE NSW are proposing to conduct a tender by invitation to enter into a State?Wide Contract with a qualified Contractor to supply and install Fire System Replacements various TAFE NSW locations. Expressions of Interest (EOI) are invited from organisations wishing to be considered and pre-register for this tender process.

The outcome of this EOI is to produce a shortlist of invitees to the tender process. Applications which are deemed compliant to TAFE NSW’s needs in regard to this program will be invited to submit a Proposal via TAFE NSW’s tendering platform TAFE NSW Checkout, an Ariba platform.

The project consists of the supply and installation of replacement fire panels and associated detectors, network cards, Occupant Warning Systems, mimic panels and early warning evacuation systems, gas detection and VESDA systems in various buildings across several TAFE NSW campuses statewide. It will encompass the full cycle of removal, make good, and disposal of old systems and the installation of new systems and associated equipment as per the scope of work and Fire Safety Design & Technical Standard ARP 2023_24.

The contract is subject to funding release from NSW Treasury
