Tender Details
TAFE NSW are proposing to conduct a tender by invitation to enter into a Contract with qualified Contractors for the 2023-2024 Financial Year for the supply of all labour, materials and equipment required for general building works across TAFE NSW’s regions (North, South, West and a combined Sydney and Western Sydney contract).
Expressions of Interest (EOI) are invited from organisations wishing to be considered and pre-register for this tender process.
The outcome of this EOI is to produce a shortlist of invitees to the tender process. Applications which are deemed compliant to TAFE NSW’s needs in regard to this program will be invited to submit a Proposal via TAFE NSW’s tendering platform TAFE NSW Checkout, an Ariba platform.
The project consists of General building works across various buildings and grounds within each region. These works may include:
• replacement or repairs to general building fabric, such as shell walls and fixtures,
• bathroom refurbishments
• replacement or repairs to exterior enclosures,
• interior construction and finishes items such as concrete and plasterboard,
• window and door replacement,
• civil works such as pot holes or bitumen repairs, and
• structural building repairs
The contract is subject to funding release from NSW Treasury
