Tender Details
TAFE NSW are proposing to conduct a tender by invitation to enter into a state-wide contract with an experienced Contractor to complete “design and construct” roof replacements across several TAFE NSW locations. Expressions of Interest (EOI) are invited from organisations wishing to be considered and pre-register for this tender process.
The outcome of this EOI is to produce a shortlist of invitees to the tender process. Applications which are deemed compliant to TAFE NSW’s needs in regard to this program will be invited to submit a Proposal via TAFE NSW’s tendering platform TAFE NSW Checkout, an Ariba platform.
The project consists of the design and construct program for the replacement of roofs as identified by TAFE NSW on several TAFE NSW campuses statewide. It will encompass providing a condition assessment, design and construct for roofs included in the program, removal and disposal of old roofs where required and the management of all trade and subcontractors.
The contract is subject to funding release from NSW Treasury
