Tender Details

The NSW Telco Authority (the Authority) is a statutory authority within the NSW Department of Customer Service. The Authority leads sector-wide reform and delivery of government operational communications to enable stakeholders to better respond to the NSW community. NSW Telco Authority are responsible for a number of significant projects to improve emergency and day-to-day operational communications for a wide range of NSW Government agencies, including public safety, law enforcement and essential services. NSW Telco Authority is seeking to establish a Portable and Mobile Terminals subpanel through a competitive market engagement process on behalf of the NSW Government agencies (customers) who use the Public Safety Network (PSN). The business objective is to establish a whole of government standing offer arrangement for agencies to purchase radio terminals and accessories from a supplier panel. This has been driven by the need for all radios on the PSN to be TDMA compliant. TDMA compliance will require PSN user agencies to refresh/upgrade their existing fleet of radios and equipment. This RFT is issued to as an Open Tender to participate in this terminal equipment standing offer arrangement.
