No less than 6 and no more than 10 x multi-purpose artificial sports courts (netball and volleyball)
Amenties building comprising:
Clubroom
Reception
Change Rooms (toilets, showers)
Kiosk
Refuse removal compound
Appropriate security fencing and security arrangements
