TAFE NSW is proposing to conduct a tender by invitation to enter into a State?Wide Contract with a qualified Contractor to supply and install replacement LED Lighting at various TAFE NSW locations. Expressions of Interest (EOI) are invited from organisations wishing to be considered and pre-register for this tender process.
The outcome of this EOI is to produce a shortlist of invitees to the tender process. Applications which are deemed compliant to TAFE NSW’s needs in regard to this program will be invited to submit a Proposal via TAFE NSW’s tendering platform TAFE NSW Checkout, an Ariba platform.
The project consists of decommissioning of existing lamps, supply and installation of replacement light fixtures and fittings compliant with IPART Approved Equipment List, claiming of ESC’s on behalf of TAFE NSW, assessment and measurement of lighting levels in rooms, measuring and recording of lux levels post replacement. The works must be complete by 16 June 2024.
The contract is subject to funding release from NSW Treasury
