The NSW Education Standards Authority (‘NESA’) is responsible for managing the HSC examination on behalf of the NSW Government. To assist in the delivery of these services NESA  plans to establish a 3 year, with two additional single-year options (3+1+1) Standing Offer Arrangement for all print requirements from a panel list of suppliers

States and Territories: ACT, NT, QLD, SA, TAS, VIC, WA

Open Tenders - An invitation to tender by public advertisement with no restriction placed on who may tender. Tenderers will normally be required to demonstrate in their tender that they have the necessary skills, resources, experience, financial capacity, and in some cases licences, accreditations, etc., to fulfil the tender requirements.

• A government agency may conduct negotiations with suppliers regarding the procurement

 

NSW Education Standards Authority (NESA) is not bound to accept the lowest priced or most favourable RFT response and reserves each of the following rights:

 

a)    to accept a proposal in full or in part;

 

b)    to reject any proposal;

 

c)    to cancel the RFT and/or issue a new RFT;

 

d)    to accept a proposal from a third party, even if it has not been invited to respond to this RFT;

 

e)    to accept a proposal whether or not it complies with this RFT;

 

f)     to conduct a briefing session, seek information from a Respondent or third party, or further quote process upon such terms and conditions as it sees fit from time to time; and

 

g)    to vary a timetable;
