To provision the below:  

- Network HW Maint Services and SW support services as outlined in the Customer Contract   
- SW Technical S&M (inc updates and new firmware, microcode and OS releases) for the covered network equipment from the OEM of such equipment  
- Regular Maint Reports, inc risk reporting, failure reporting, call volumes, and recommendation for mitigation of issues  
- Help Desk Services  
- Detailed Service Level Plan as per the CMP  
- Development of a relationship with any other DoE technical suppliers to ensure smooth communication and together meet the required deliverables  
-  Any other ancillary services
