Department of Education / Furniture Movement Services for Hunter and Central Coast Region - DoE1158302697

The New South Wales Department of Education is seeking responses to a Request for Quotation (RFQ) to establish a Standing Offer Agreement with a single supplier for the supply of furniture removal, transport, and relocation (furniture movement) services for schools classroom and office furniture within the Hunter and Central Coast (H/CC) region.

Movements occur between school locations, the DoE H/CC furniture depot and the St Heliers Correctional Centre in Muswellbrook. Furniture movements take place from one specific office or location to another office or location according to plans managed by DoE with the service provider.

The resulting contract will be a Standing Offer Agreement with an initial term for two (2) years with three (3) options to extend for a period of one (1) year, to be exercised at the Department’s sole discretion.

This RFQ will be issued and managed using the DoE's sourcing tool DoE Ariba.

RFQ documentation will be issued and responses received through Ariba. It is recommended that interested parties commence the Ariba registration process as soon as possible.

RFQ responses must be lodged via DoE Ariba as stated in the RFQ documentation.

Respondents must submit a copy of Work Health & Safety Plan in their RFQ responses.
