The purpose of this Request for Tender (RFT) is to seek quotes for the provision of HSC metropolitan venues as per the supplied specifications.

Conditions for Participation

NSW Education Standards Authority (NESA) is not bound to accept the lowest priced or most favourable RFT response and reserves each of the following rights:
a)to accept a proposal in full or in part;
b)to reject any proposal;
c)to cancel the RFT and/or issue a new RFT;
d)to accept a proposal from a third party, even if it has not been invited to respond to this RFT;
e)to accept a proposal, whether or not it complies with this RFT;
f)to conduct a briefing session, seek information from a Respondent or third party, or further quoteprocess upon such terms and conditions as it sees fit from time to time; and
g)to vary a timetable
