TAFE NSW is undertaking an open Expression of Interest (EOI) to understand all suitable technologies available in the market to support a Job Board, career and employment service for students, and to inform a technology shortlist.

TAFE NSW is seeking to explore commercially attractive models where partnership with the provider and TAFE NSW maximises value for both parties and minimise costs to TAFE NSW.

TAFE NSW is looking for technologies that are user-friendly for students, staff and employers and that are simple to maintain.

Additional Details / Instructions

TAFE NSW is considering a project to implement a JobsBoard, career and employment service in FY20. This solution will provide a single accessible JobsBoard for all TAFE NSW students and alumni, increase employment opportunities and provide measurable and trackable student employment outcomes to TAFE NSW.

The end-to-end solution will change the way the organisation sources and provides job opportunities to students. It will streamline and improve the user experience (jobs opportunities are relevant to students and alumni industry and study areas), harness the benefits of a centralised “One Way” approach to employment for TAFE NSW students and alumni (including increased completion and retention), and enhance connections with industries and employers.

A key objective of this solution is to enable the integration with the enrolment and LMS systems, which will encourage students to be engaged with their job readiness from the start of their student lifecycle with TAFE NSW, ensuring TAFE NSW meets its key priority to support students to gain employment.

The EOI will not make a contract commitment, but rather serve as an assessment process to shortlist technologies for future planning.
