TAFE NSW are proposing to conduct a tender by invitation to enter into a 2 year State?Wide Contract with a qualified Contractor to supply and install updated external signage to 128 TAFE NSW locations. Expressions of Interest (EOI) are invited from organisations wishing to be considered and pre-register for this tender process.  The outcome of this EOI is to produce a shortlist of invitees to the tender process. Applications which are deemed compliant to TAFE NSW’s needs in regard to this program will be invited to submit a Proposal via TAFE NSW’s tendering platform TAFE NSW Checkout, an Ariba platform.

The project consists of the supply and installation of all signage outlined in the masterplan for each campus. This includes, but is not limited to, street frontage, wayfinding totems, and campus identifiers. It will encompass the full cycle of removal, make good, and disposal of old signage and the installation of new signage as per masterplans and TAFE NSW design standards.

The project will be conducted in 2 phases. Phase 1 will consist of 20 campuses for which the masterplans are completed and will be made available during the Request for Proposal process. Phase 2 will include the remainder of the sites and will be allocated to the successful tenderer as masterplans are completed.
